Jackie Walker Heads Up New Initiative Designed to Help SCA Promotions Better Service Agencies
(DALLAS, TX – April 5, 2011) – Celebrating their 25th Anniversary this year, local and longtime niche business looks to opportunities in their own back yard with renewed dedication to their biggest customer group: Advertising and Promotion Agencies. SCA Promotions has appointed Director of Business Development, Jackie Walker, to head up the new initiative designed to inform agencies about the benefits of promotional risk management and how it can help expand business with their current clients and open doors for new customers.
According to Jackie Walker, the ultimate goal of the initiative is to help agencies understand how prize and over-redemption coverage can not only help agencies create motivating offers for their clients, but maintain their marketing budgets. Widely referred to as “hole-in-one insurance,” “prize insurance” and “over-redemption insurance,” SCA offers promotional solutions that span the range of promotional risk management needs.
“For instance, a money-back guarantee often entails millions of dollars in potential liability. But to ask the agency, or more specifically, an Account Director, to accurately pinpoint redemption is risky. At SCA we forecast redemption, and for a fixed fee we’ll pay for any excess redemptions,” says Jackie Walker.
To kick off the initiative, SCA and Jackie Walker designed the “Dick and Jane Run a Promotion” e-book to help agencies better understand where SCA fits into their marketing and promotion plans. The e-book is being offered, free of charge, on the SCA Web site.
