ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  Open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years or older on date of entry. Employees and directors of SCA Entertainment, LP, their affiliated companies, participating Sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies (and their immediate family members and those living in the same households) are ineligible. By participating, you agree to these Sponsor’s Official Promotion Rules and to the decisions of the judges which are final and binding in all respects. 

SPONSOR: SCA Entertainment, LP is the sponsor of the Scratch Card Promotion.

HOW TO PLAY: Beginning October 8, 2024 and ending October 10, 2024 or when one hundred and fifty (150) scratch cards have been distributed (whichever comes first), Sponsor representatives will distribute scratch cards in and around the SCA Gaming Booth #2316 at the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) 2024 event in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Limit one scratch card per person.  Scratch card serial numbers for this Promotion are 27001052-001 – 27001052-150.  Scratch cards are non-transferable and may only be played by the person to whom distributed by Sponsor.  Play by gently rubbing off the latex covering over 5 and only 5 of the 25 latex squares on the face of the scratch card.  If you reveal 5 “Money Stack” symbols, you have a Grand Prize winning scratch card, subject to verification. Scratch card is void and will not be eligible for prize redemption if (i) more than five (5) squares are revealed, in whole or in part, or (ii) there are any marks or scratches on the card, other than the five (5) revealed squares. See also Paragraph 6 Disqualification. Secondary prizes will be awarded as follows:  Match 4 “Money Stack” symbols and win $100.00; Match 3 “Money Stack” symbols and win $50. 

PRIZE(S) / ODDS: There are one hundred and fifty (150) scratch cards available.  Odds of correctly revealing five (5) identical “Money Stack” symbols on a scratch card are approximately 1:53,130.  The grand prize in this Promotion is $25,000.     A maximum of one (1) Grand Prize is available to be won.  Only the first contestant, if any, who correctly submits a Grand Prize winning scratch card with required claim documentation will be awarded a prize.  UNCLAIMED PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED. Prize(s) will only be awarded upon winner validation and verification by a representative of SCA Entertainment, LP.  Taxes, fees or other charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner(s).  By accepting a prize, winner(s) release and discharge SCA Entertainment, LP and affiliated companies and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all their respective employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents from any liability or damage due in whole or in part to the award, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or from participation in this Promotion.

NOTIFICATION AND AWARDING OF PRIZE(S): Contestants holding a winning scratch card must contact Sponsor at: SCA Gaming Booth #2316 and original winning scratch card must be received by Sponsor no later than October 10, 2024 in order to submit a claim. Contestants submitting a valid original winning scratch card prior to the deadline will be given an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release which they will be required to complete, sign and return by October 10, 2024.  If winner(s) cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize or fails to return the completed and executed Affidavit/Release as required, prize will be forfeited.  No unclaimed prizes will be awarded.  By participating, a winner, except where prohibited by law, grants SCA Entertainment, LP, and its designee the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, picture, portrait, hometown, voice, biographical information and written submissions and written or oral statements, for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. 

DISQUALIFICATION: Any scratch card that is mutilated, altered, copied, hand printed, forged, water damaged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way, or that contains any computer programming, printing, mechanical or typographical errors, will be considered void and will not be eligible for prize redemption.

WINNERS’ LISTS: For a Winners’ List, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope for receipt by October 20, 2024 to SCA Entertainment, LP, 3030 LBJ Freeway, Suite 300, Dallas, TX 75234.  Reference:  Global Gaming Expo 2024 Scratch Card Promotion, Winners’ List, no later than 10 days following conclusion of promotion.
